Recruiting for Tiamet Theorem Online

Hello, I would like to announce our project.
Currently a group of us have been working on a 3d mmorpg using many high end libs like CrystalSpace3D, Crystal Entity Layer, RakNet, OpenAL, ODE, SpeedTreeRT, SpeedWindRT, and AngelCode. This is a large scale closed src project that is going for commercial launch.

Here is an overview of our feature goal:

Gameplay:
Skill based system
no class rescrtictions
strong guild system
territory control using flag stands and timers
guild upgradable city locations with pre planned plot locations
voting system in guild for major decisions

Breakdown:
Everything in the game will be either be made by players or be a material to make something. This eliminates the aspect of having useless items that can only be used for a quest, etc. The game does not use a quest system, as the game is more laid out around guilds, job systems, exploration of the massive world, pvp, territory control, player based economy, tactics, teamwork.

Development is currently progressing, however it seams like we never have enough people so we have determined that we require more help on the project.

The current positions available are:

Client coder: 2 positions available

- Must have strong knowledge of the crystalspace and cel libraries
- Must have the ability to work independant in many aspects, but work as a team member also whenever required

Network Coder: 1 position available

- Must have a strong knowledge of network programming
- Knowledge of the RakNet lib is an asset

Whats the pay?  MMORPG's take years to build... i'm sure you've got some kinda reimbursment for a commercial project
