Some small script library by viking

Hey out there! Much of you is probably writing a RPG-Style game and I wanted to show you a nice zlib-licensed scripting library to you.

It's not comparable with lua, but it has a nice set of features you might consider:
  • Support for latent Actions
  • Easy to use, but complete configurable C++ API
  • Simple syntax, also for non-programers
  • Complete OOP ;)

Who never heard of "latent Actions", I'll give a brief explanation:

Consider you want your NPC "Derek" go from A to B. Of course it will take some time to get your NPC all the way down. With a latent Action, you simply say "Derek, go from A to B" and derek will go from A to B and then the execution of the script will be continued. A nice feature, really usable for scripting cut-scenes .
