Handshakes
« on: April 06, 2012, 12:16:16 PM »
I am having a heck of a time wrapping my head around handshakes - how they work, what information is passed, etc.  Does anyone know of a website that explains all of this?  I have looked through EasyHandshake.cpp but that did not help me any.

Thanks,

Patrick

Thanks for the reply.  I have been doing that for about a week.  I think I have confused myself even more.  I was just wondering if anyone had a good site that explained it well.  I will keep looking.

Thanks,

Patrick

Usually you learn this in school. I don't know of any good online sites, but I'm sure there are books.

Thanks.  I will see if I can find a good book.  I wish I had taken programming in school but I chose a different path.  I have had to teach myself.

Thanks,

Patrick
